- JJJamesDec 3, 20251.0Had personal plan with Verizon for almost 20 years. It worked just fine. Had a small business and they convinced me to go to their business plan. All they did was sell me more phones with discounts that later became much more costly. I sold the business and have been trying to close the business account and all I get is the run-around. Noone, including JT at the Glenway Ave store or anyone online can close this account. I continue to get billed for a phone that isn't being used and they have now turned the billing over to a collection agency. We have had perfect credit for over 20 years until now. Not sure what to do, but am switching everything over to T-Mobile as soon as I can get this taken care of. JT has not been helpful at all.
