They did their best to fix the issue, but this store definitely played me and I lost money on this situation

Then the manager stepped up and actually looked at my phone and saw it was only the screen saver. He quickly got a different young man to change it . He was fast and funny! I appreciated his effort and time. A bad review turned into 5 stars because of an amazing employee ! Shame on the lazy employee.
