- DPDaniel PDec 2, 20251.0I wouldn’t recommend Verizon after my experience, especially not this store. The salesman convinced me to switch with the “bring us your TMobile Bill and we will beat it”. What they offered per month in the store did beat it, but then the bill came…Nearly $400! We were told it would be $150. Went to the store and found out the salesman had lied about some things, left some things out, and then added things we didn’t ask for after we left the store. Aaron told us a manager, Eliza, would add some bill credits to next month’s bill to make things right. Then that bill came….with no credits and more added fees. Now I’m in chat with their support team and needless to say we are going to be looking into our options in terms of what agencies to file complaints with. Don’t get swindled like us!

Said it would be around 65$. The first bill was well over 100. After the 3rd month. The same. I will never, I do mean,never suggest verizon. My bill is 151.00 this month . I called an complained to customer service. They just lied again.
