    I Have been up and down with customer service. Whan i went to the store to find my phone. I explained that I was on a fixed income. Needed something reasonable . Said it would be around 65$. The first bill was well over 100. After the 3rd month. The same. I will never, I do mean,never suggest verizon. My bill is 151.00 this month . I called an complained to customer service. They just lied again.

    Andy was AMAZING! He figured it out immediately! A true asset to Verizon. We were considering changing to another carrier. With Andy's customer service, we're staying with Verizon.:)

    My elderly parents went into this location over the summer to sign up for new phones. My dad (89) uses a flip phone. My 83 yo mom was on an Android phone at the time. 1st, they "upgraded" my mom to an iPhone 15 and taught her nothing about the new phone. My mom had an iphone about 10 years ago and just assumed it would be easy to use and no changes. They didn't even help sign her into the iPhone with her Apple account. 2nd, they signed my parents up for 4 lines. My parents had no clue they were paying for 4 phone lines when they only needed 2. 3rd, they signed my parents up for unlimited data. Need I remind you that my dad uses a FLIP PHONE for phone calls only. 4th, the real kicker, they signed them both up for wireless hot spots. NEITHER of my parents had any clue what this was and again, my dad has a FLIP PHONE. Their bill was over $300. Honestly, they took advantage of 2 elderly people signing them up for things that they didn't need or know how to use. It's completely disgusting and I'm absolutely appalled at this location. It took significant amount of time and energy to get everything corrected, get my mom's phone up and running, remove all the unnecessary "features" and get my parents with a limited income a more reasonable bill. This is true predatory behavior and I would recommend avoiding this location at all costs.

    This location really needs to be sure its employees are giving the correct info when customers, my husband and myself, are ready to drop money to upgrade! We are WELL over paying our phones off and have had our phones for years. We aren't "those" people that have to have the newest phones every time a new version comes out...we used our phones until issues arose. We are finally ready to upgrade and employee tells up we aren't eligible....regardless of what EVERYTHING on the MY VERIZON app and customer service is saying. We weren't asking to walk away paying $0 more, were we saying that we didn't expect to have a higher bill due to an upgrade...WE LITERALLY NEEDED NEW PHONES TODAY AND WERE WILLING TO SHELL OUT MONEY IF NEED BE! Yet the employee gave us ZERO options other than to "wait until black Friday deals came around"...seriously)?!?! Did you want to be done with us that quickly that you gave us zero information and zero options other than to wait??? I get wanting to help us save money, but that's NOT what we were asking! We needed phones today and were perfectly willing to pay what we needed. Needless to say, we'll be going back on Monday and trying to deal with a more seasoned employee!

    Kane was awesome! For someone that had only started a few months ago, he was great. Although we didn’t come to a resolution with my phone issue, he was very patient and very kind. I don’t usually write reviews but had to talk highly of him!
