Those workers are liars, they need to lose their workers. They lie and sell you, then say, for example, 100 dollars a month, then you get 140 dollars instead of 100 dollars.🥵🤮🤢

2pm on a Monday. I watched employees in the back sit around and joke while I was the 5th person in line. The amount of professionalism that is lacking within this is store is bismal at best. Wow, what happened to VZW. Used to be a bit more prestigious. Guess that went away. Yeah probably will be trying a different cell carrier considering. 27 years with VZW. They used to be great. Times change.

We bought a Applewatch with cell service with its own cell number and then later tried to add a smart phone later with a different ported number (which we bought through Verizon online). We had a lot of trouble getting the watch to keep working with cell service after pairing it to the phone. I spent over 6.5 hours online and on the phone with Verizon Tier 2 tech support, went through 6 different techs and managers and it still wasn’t working and they changed our bill to a higher plan and didn’t adjust it like they said they woul. We went to the Fields Ertle Verizon store desperate that they might be able to help us (even though we didn’t purchase the phone directly there. When I arrived the person checking me in let me know they weren’t tech support so not to get my hopes up. The sales person, Simeon, listened to the long story of all that was tried. He then went and talked to Ricarie, the manager and another sales person to try to come up with some ideas. He came back and tried 2 things and got it working! I was so thankful to them for being willing to try to help me figure out what tech support couldn’t do. I told them they needed a raise! Highly recommend this location and their sales staff.

Not the best customer service at all basically called me a liar when I bought a iPad Pro for my wife waited two weeks to open it up and set it up and the screen was cracked took it back to the store. They said I did it come to find out they should’ve opened the box and set it up for me Then placed it back in the box now they telling me I have to pay $100 and do an insurance claim horrible managers don’t know what to do had to call another manager. I do not recommend going to the store even though I’ve been a customer For 18 years, me and my wife, my company has 36 accounts with this company thinking about switching into AT&T because of the poor customer service calling me a liar when I Bought the iPad as a gift in the box was never open and It did not get opened up until two weeks after purchase
