Months later, Verizon claimed they never received it and billed me, even though I had no reason to keep the shipping receipt after the return was supposedly completed. After many calls and visits, Verizon wont give me a refund. This shows a lack of professionalism, poor communication between departments, and disregard for long-time loyal customers.
