I left the other Verizon down the street because they were supposed to be open until 5 and when I arrived at 4:45 they were closed and the employees were collaborating inside, so I thought I would have better experience at your store. After I pulled in some woman ran outside and locked the door. This was Christmas Eve and it wasn't that big of issue , but don't advertise a certain hour and close 7 minutes early. Horrible service!!!!
