I was told that the best deal I could get was way worse than what they were offering online. They said I could only get $350 for my old phone when they were offering $850 online. So I order online for pick up from the store only to be told 24 hours later that it is out of stock and will take days to get one into the store. So basically I should have just ordered the phone for delivery thus proving that Verizon store is basically worthless. Also if you call the number for the store, it doesn’t even go to the store but a generic customer service line that cannot give you any details. That was probably my favorite.

She went above and beyond to help On the other hand Steven was rude and very short he acted as if he really didn’t have time and that I could go to a different location and I told him no the problem was his attitude. Even when Andrea would ask a question it was like she was bothering him. With sales reps like him I hated having to go there thank goodness for Andrea

Tried to call the store to verify it was in stock but got connected with customer support. They talked me into going to the store to purchase directly vs ordering online. When my wife went they didn’t give her the promotion for switching plans and said she had to get the higher plan. They were supposed to cover the remaining balance of her existing phone but charged my wife. After talking to Verizon they said I had to go to the same store to resolve the issue. First time the guy said he submitted a ticket and will call me the next day. 3 days later I go back and apparently he didn’t submit the ticket and said he got it corrected. 3 more days later apparently he still didn’t submit a ticket and no longer works there. I’ve upgraded through Best Buy multiple times with no issue but a Verizon store has no clue. I would recommend going to Best Buy
