    The only thing that happened that didn’t make it 5stars is we had to leave and go to bank to get money because the computers crashed earlier and payment by card wasn’t processing so we had to get cash

    If I could give 0 stars I would, but the customer service at this store is crap. There was an issue on there end with my PIN code, but he wouldn’t even help me contact customer service I had to do it myself. Which is whatever, I also get they close at 8pm but I was in there way before 8pm so he should have stayed over to help but was no help at all. He wouldn’t even talk to customer service when he was asked too. I don’t know his name, but if I could have switched where to pick up the phones from I would.

    9 am 6 customers in line, 1 lady helping and 2 ladies sitting at desks not helping or even acknowledging no of the customers!!!
