    Be careful when you go to upgrade. Super nice in the store and helpful, but when I got home, I looked a little more into it and I was taken advantage of. It’s unfortunate and I know I could have asked more questions. They sold me a kit for my new iPhone and didn’t tell me how much it cost (I could have asked, I know) and saw later that it cost me $150, when I could have gotten a phone case and screen protector for $20. They also just weren’t super honest with me about keeping my old phone and there being a cost to that. All I’m saying is, ask more questions, do the upgrade online if you can (because fairly certain I could have gotten more for my old phone), and don’t let them get pushy with you. People really out here trying to take advantage of people in this economy. This is at the Cambridge, OH location.
