    Went in had a ton of problems with my phone and left with my phone fully in service met the smartest kindest staff, Jehyfi explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand when I set up a new line he also made sure everything was in working order before we left the store so we had no issues just overall great customer service

    These guys are liars and con artists. They told me over and over after getting 2 new phones and signing up for an unlimited plan that my bill would only go up 5 dollars a month. Sure enough next bill was double of my last. Signed me up for device protection added a third line. Didn’t agree to any of it. All the victra stores are rip offs they’ll like to your face for commission. I’m still trying to get my bill right 2 months later. Save yourself the trouble and go to a Verizon mother store.

    I had a terrible experience with this branch! I bought a phone here for my wife. I added a new device to an existing line. I'll have to pay $30 a month for this device. We usually pay $130 for two lines and one phone. Now I've added a new phone + $30. The total should have been $160, but my bill was $240! When I opened this account, I saw that this person had added protection plans to my phone, which I didn't ask him to do! I also picked up the paper he gave me in the store when I bought the phone and discovered something interesting. I paid $193.89 in the store when I purchased it, and he said that the amount was because I paid tax and an activation fee, as well as some other mandatory fees since I buy the phone in the store. He also said that the bill was higher than if I had ordered it online, but he could give me a free case! He quickly scrolled through the document on his tablet and asked me to sign it. But now when I look at the bill, I see that he included a service for transferring data from my old phone and setting up a new one, even though he didn't do that! I did that myself when I got home! He also added a case he promised to give me! So, I ended up overpaying 100 for a service he didn't provide and a case he promised to give me! I also had to disable the additional protection plan he added without my permission! And my bill includes a tax amount I need to pay again and an activation fee... The moral of the story: be careful in this store! They all smile and seem friendly, but in reality, they want to squeeze as much money out of you as possible!

    Was a good place until something changed. Bought 3 Samsung Galaxy phones over the past 3 years. About 6k in total. Always paid up front. Today I went in, new staff, and they wanted to charge $40 for the transfer to my phone that was replaced with their insurance. So I realized this is no longer the place for me to do business. Also, the employee has a black Kia and likes to beep the horn with his alarm key when people walk by. Very stupid and childish.
