He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions without rushing us, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and wants to make sure they leave happy. If you’re going to Verizon, I highly recommend asking for Daniel—you’ll be in great hands!

The employee helping us lied to us and told us the phones would be $200 a piece with their promo and that we were able to get a free phone case, protector, charger etc. when selecting phone cases we were careful to ask him which ones would be free and selected those ones. We found out later when we got an itemized receipt that the phones were free from the store at contract signing (not $200 like he said). he lied to us to sell more accessories and get a greater commission. He charged us $70 per phone case, screen protector and had opened the boxes instantly so we can’t even bring them back. I have never been flat out lied to by an employee who confidently told us the phones were $200 each while in reality they were $0. We have brought this matter up with the Brecksville police as well. “Theft by deception” Would not go back here again.

I come to this store for the great serve I always receive and the smiling, helpful staff. The other Version stores by me are not knowledgeable, not helpful at all and not friendly at all.
