I called this Verizon store about switching from AT&T. I went into the store a couple days later and met with the guy who quoted me the price. He was able to switch the service on my phones quick. When I asked him about the plan, he said everyone is automatically signed up on the welcome plan and that I had to call a number to get the 55+ plan. The next day I got an email from Verizon with a purchase receipt that he drew a line where the customer signature was. Instead of the $83 he quoted me, it said my service would be $198 each month. My AT&T service for two phones and a watch with the 55+ plan was only $90. Not only did he quote me a price that was wrong to get me to switch, but he signed the agreement as me.

Sales girl (Jess I think her name was?) Was very sweet and made the process very smooth as well as helped us in every way she could. Manager was not pleasant though. Kept seeing her giving the stink eye to the sales girl and us for turning down extra services that we didn't want.
