I signed up for fios when someone knocked on my door offering it. He signed me up and then stopped answering his phone regarding me accessing my account. I was unable to access my account for almost a month I tried everything possible to figure it out. Money was being taken out and I couldn't see the bill and my old Verizon home lte account was deleted. Richard who works at this store in Yorktown went out of his way to help me for almost 2 hours when this store actually has nothing to with fios besides signing people up. He was dealing with 3-4 groups of customers at once and went out of his way to get my problem solved. After hours on the phone we figured out that person that signed me up used the wrong zip code so I couldn't not verify my account. This is my first google review and probably my last but this guy is a great asset to Verizon.

Elijah went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Elijah had the most patience and professionalism I have seen from any sales representative in my life. Elijah was able to assist my extended family transfer their cell phone provider over from T-Mobile. Although this was a long process due to some unforseen technical issues, Elijah was able to keep us happy. On top of it all Elijah was training a new employee, but never skipped a beat. I will be reccomending all of my family and friends to this store. Thank you!!!
