    I came to the Yonkers Verizon store after having a bad experience at another location, and Yasmine was amazing! She helped me call Verizon support and stayed with me the entire time, even though the store was about to close. She went above and beyond to make sure my eSIM was fully activated before I left. Yasmine was patient, kind, and truly cared about helping me. Thank you so much, Yasmine, for your outstanding customer service — you turned a frustrating situation into a great experience!

    Horrible experience although the staff member helping me was kind she messed up everything with my billing and account after she promised to make my bill cheaper ! After I transferred my information to my new iPhone air 17 my Chase app and email were both hacked ! Do not go to this store !

    My husband went in for 37 cents it took him 3hours to get this done. The representative took his phone and without his permission began messing with it. He actually removed our current wireless network. This was unacceptable for my husband a senior citizen to have to wait so long for service and to resolve payment issues. Can’t wait to get off of Verizon Wireless!!!

    I am upset I went in Verizon Thursday Jamal told me my refund would go back in 24 hours he gave the wrong information. It takes up to 30 days. That’s crazy if you don’t know what you’re doing you shouldn’t be working there. I’m upset I’m pissed off.
