I spoke with Alex M and he walked me through all of my questions and provided me with more than enough information. I ended up purchasing the new iPhone 17 and lowering my monthly payment. Alex M stayed 30 minutes past his shift in order to help me complete my phone set up and transfer. He made this process unbelievably easy and enjoyable. If you need any assistance make sure to stop my the Empire store in Webster.
