- DDDestinyOct 31, 20252.0Went there to upgrade my phone and asked to keep my old phone due to me knowing there was some stuff not backed up on my iCloud well during the process I was asked to put in my iCloud password twice didn’t think anything of it. After I left my old phone was still in the process of turning on which was a weird, after it turned on I realized they had to reset my old phone I never gave permission for this and now all those things I didn’t have backed up are gone forever. I’ve never had this issue of a Verizon resetting a phone that I was keeping this was very upsetting. They need to do better and ask the customer first before resetting their phone they are going to keep

He tried to help me with my issue to the best of my ability, which is such a refreshing change from most places of business nowadays. When I'm ready for my next upgrade I will definitely be going to this location over the Ithaca one. There's something to be said for businesses in a small town.
