- ADAmanda DistasioNov 12, 20255.0The manager (Daniel) saved my Halloween! Trying to activate my new phone at home resulted in me losing service to my current phone and nothing on the new phone. Verizon customer support unhelpfully sent me to Daniel's store despite knowing that my new phone was picked up from a corporate store and that this location couldn't help me with it. Thankfully Daniel was able to restore service to my old phone which let me enjoy my Halloween night! Despite me walking in close to closing time, he was patient and explained all of the steps taken. This is the second time getting a phone from a "corporate" Verizon store has screwed me! Moving forward I will be returning to this store for all of my Verizon needs. I highly recommend everyone avoid the corporate stores and go to this location – where they actually care about your business and make sure everything is set up correctly. Thanks again Daniel!

My boyfriend was trying to buy the 17 Pro Max, and when the employee mentioned it was on backorder, I quietly whispered to my boyfriend that he might as well just order it online. The employee then jumped in with, “There’s no difference ordering online than here with us.” While I understand that, my comment wasn’t directed at him- I was just talking to my boyfriend about not wasting our time coming in. On top of that, he kept saying “huh?” every time I whispered, which came off rude and unnecessary, Given I WASN’T talking to him. Overall, it made the experience uncomfortable right from the start.

It is frustrating about how confusing it is to me, set up a new phone purchase, with choices in plan, cost, phone, questions. There has to be a better way for shorter setup information from old phone to new phone. Suggestion, writing a program to automate. I'm not always happy with Verizon Corp., calling Verizon for help, fix issues, etc. Samsung phone quality is poor. I received great support from Kella, Tech Coach today to help me...Instagram, Voicemail..
