  Daniel went above and beyond in helping me getting this phone sorted. He deserves 10 stars, employee of the month and a raise. The process was stressful especially when I received a phone that was not working. Daniel lone me one of his personal and it blew my mind 🫶🏿 Visit Russels store they the best 👌

  Bad experience. My wife and I were looking to upgrade a phone for our son with a trade in. Daniel said my wife and I were also eligible and it would be “free”. He said he could get activation fees waived, and he would upgrade our service plans that would include Apple Music(free on our old plan), Disney+(free of ads on old plan), and save us money every month. Sounded good so we decided to upgrade 3 phones. He then told us we could get Apple Watches for free, and said he is “offering gold” and tried to make us feel foolish for saying no. When checking out he said he couldn’t get the activation fees waived but would offset the costs by waiving set up fee(which we were never told about originally). He also said my wife could keep her phone by just adding a line(this would have cost us more money) but we had no use for extra line so declined his offer. We were told Apple Music might take 24-48 hours to access. After 2 days I called Verizon and they said Apple Music is not covered under our new plan and we would need to pay for it. Daniel also had cancelled my wife’s old ad free Disney plan and enrolled her in a plan with ads. Verizon rep said that if we had gotten the “free” watches we would have had to pay activation fees and service for them. The Verizon rep called the store to speak with Daniel. When I mentioned the issues we were having he was dismissive and told me to “stop with the sound bites”. I asked him what he can do to make this right and he said “if you are going to keep it up with the sound bites I’m ending this call. Why don’t you come here face to face. You know where to find me.” Then he hung up. Very rude and unprofessional!

  This was our first time at this Verizon store and it will now be our Verizon store for all our needs. Jamall was knowledgeable , professional and friendly in getting us our new phones. He took his time with us and gave us exceptional service. Thank you. *****

  If there were a Nobel Prize for Customer Service, Jamall would have accepted it already—gracefully, humbly, and probably while helping someone activate their new phone at the same time. That is the level of excellence we are dealing with here. My experience with Jamall at Verizon was so astonishingly smooth, so wildly efficient, that I briefly wondered if he was secretly a magician, an undercover angel, or perhaps a highly trained customer-service superhero sent from the future to save humanity one device at a time. Perfect doesn’t describe him—perfect would be an insult compared to what he actually is. Not only did he go above and beyond, he practically left the stratosphere. NASA should call him, because the way he expedited my situation was faster than any rocket I’ve ever heard of. No confusion, no misleading information, no runaround—just pure, transparent, heavenly guidance. I felt safe. I felt understood. I felt like my phone upgrade was being handled by the chosen one. Jamall didn’t just help me; he restored my faith in customer service, humanity, and possibly destiny itself. If every associate operated at even 3% of Jamall’s level, the world would be a calmer, kinder, more functional place.
