We happen to find a Verizon only 5mins away from our new home. The manager Tony, was very calm and patient even as we made a few trips on just figuring out plans and our various options. The place is not quite busy at all times so you will deff be assisted right away, Tony and the other staff are very welcoming and always willing to help and they go above and beyond to make sure of customer satisfaction. Not having a color or the phone you want Tony will find a way or make a way to either keep a lookout at another location and make himself go out of the way just to even pickup up the device you need or want from elsewhere. My family and I were very satisfied and are having such a great experience with the transfer over to Verizon, especially as first time customers. Great thanks and appreciation again to Tony, for all his time, help and smooth transition over to Verizon!!
