- RGRory GriffinDec 13, 20255.0Went into the Eastview Mall tonight with the goal of saving money on my monthly cell phone bill. I went to T Mobile but they couldn't help me - I have 5 lines - their deal was for only 4 lines. I went next door to Verizon - I am a Verizon customer and have been for 15 plus years. And it was there I met the main man Trevor. Trevor was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and above all, personable. He spent an hour with me as we reviewed my bill and was able to come up with ways to keep me as a customer and I ended up leaving having purchased 5 new phones. I have been to this store many time - but it was Trevor that truly impressed me and made a difference! He is a credit to Verizon and his Customer Service was probably the best I have ever received - ever. Thank you Trevor at Verizon.

Main issues: A) I was told I would be charged Verizon activation fees in store, turns out the fee charged is Victra’s “set up and go fee” - complete and utter misrepresentation. B) I was charged for remaining device balances on devices that were long paid off - highly concerning. C) I was only made aware (by my own observation) that I was working with a Verizon retailer until they provided me with some digital attestation all the way at the end of the visit and teed up transaction. This is probably the most concerning retail experience I’ve had in the last decade. One could think their playbook is designed around this. I was “helped” by Andrei. Avoid!
