    Had a good initial experience picking up a new phone. I had to come back another day to activate it and put my phone number on it. When I went in, they put the wrong number on my phone (a new different line). Before doing it, they verbally confirmed with me that my existing number is moving over. I only noticed when I got home that they didn't do that because I got a text on my old phone. The person who did this was Anthony. When I called to see cloud getting it fixed, he lied to me and said I verbally confirmed the random new number (why the heck would I?). And he said it would now cost me $40 to move my number to my new phone, when they were the ones who screwed it up in the first place. Just horrible. And then I was told I could go to a different Verizon store and pay them a $40 fee if I didn't want to go back there. Outrageous. Go elsewhere.

    Happy to share that I had outstanding services from Ronny at Verizon in Thornwood NY. I needed at new phone immediately. He offered me an excellent deal with great savings and saved me money on my monthly bill, that no other Vz rep offered. I was paying for services that I wasn’t using. Verizon took advantage of that. Thanks for Ronny, I’m saving now. I already recommended him to several people He truly cares about his customers 😀
