He told me 'what he can do' and starred at me. Never even bother to call verizon customer service and resolve the issue. Told me that, I've got to call customer service by my self and they only sell phones and accessories. What for having authorized dealer who can't even attend a verizon customer issues. Show me real face of ignorance. Really disappointed. I don't recommend you all to purchase any phones and accessories from them coz they don't care about you afterwards. Seram
