I was helped by Eian; he gave me several options to choose when it came to resolving my issue and didn't apply any pressure (allowed me the time to think and wasn't condescending about it). I was able to fix my account faster than it took to connect to a customer service agent. The cherry on top was that, during my visit, I learned i was eligible for an upgrade, which i will be taking advantage of next month. Thanks Eian!
