It’s like being transported to the good old days when people felt pride in providing great service, or at least those days as we tend to imagine they were. We have had various problems such as changing our pins and having non working phones that they resolved. They also encouraged us to take advantage of an upgrade that felt intimidating and walked us through the process such that despite challenges it all got resolved and we’re so happy with the new phone (incredible camera and much more secure).
