They didn't care about my cat that was dying and had a blood clot that shot from his heart into his spine and paralyzed him. All they cared about was I didn't have an appointment 😠I ended up taking him to Adirondack veterinary clinic and they were very kind and helped me through one of the worst days of my life

Very expensive, not at all upfront about costs. Not helpful to families or pets. They handed my cat back to me laying I. His vomit in the carrier.

My dogs gone here ever since she was a baby. And she will no longer be going here, we came in looking for an emergency appointment as something happened to her. Whoever the male doctor my father talked to was absolutely no help and gave us no sympathy whatsoever. Wouldn’t ever bother to call around to try and help. Very ashamed.

My pet was seen at Rome Animal Hospital on 07/30/25 for nail trim. During that time they knew my dog was dragging her right leg. They advised we would need to make an appointment for sediation xray. My husband made the appointment, could not be seen until 9/15. I called the office concerned since she is the only vet she has known for eight years. Was told I could take her elsewhere if I could get an appointment. To make it a little shorter, she was seen next day at Countryside Animal Clinic. They are absolutely the best! She had a ACL tear that needed surgery. Well done Rome Animal Hospital. Thank you for nothing. Thank god I found a new vet who cares about the pets and their families.

They're so care friendly! All three of my puppies are treated with love and gentle hands. Even when excited and over energetic, the puppies were still treated with gentle hands.
