Whoever the male doctor my father talked to was absolutely no help and gave us no sympathy whatsoever. Wouldn’t ever bother to call around to try and help. Very ashamed.

They advised we would need to make an appointment for sediation xray. My husband made the appointment, could not be seen until 9/15. I called the office concerned since she is the only vet she has known for eight years. Was told I could take her elsewhere if I could get an appointment. To make it a little shorter, she was seen next day at Countryside Animal Clinic. They are absolutely the best! She had a ACL tear that needed surgery. Well done Rome Animal Hospital. Thank you for nothing. Thank god I found a new vet who cares about the pets and their families.
