They completely screwed me over by forcing me to upgrade my plan when all I wanted to do was upgrade my phone. They said it was better for me and that my monthly bill would go down, only for it to actually go up. I came in simply wanting a phone upgrade and was straight-up lied to. Thanks, Devana—you really played me for a tiny bit of commission

I wish I did the whole transaction at Rockville Centre location. The manager and Verizon Specialist did everything they could to make a customer happy. They helped me with my issue since my phone was on the fritz, and not suitable to function to help with the matter. Next time I will shop here and not at the retail store.
