I am currently a Sprint customer, but wasn't sure if Verizon would help me, but C.J. asked how can I help you and I explain my situation. He had the magic touch and got it to reboot. Thank you C.J.!! You could have said, "you're not a Verizon customer and I can't help you," but you didn't." Verizon has would me over. Great customer service!
