    Alex was so nice and patient with me. I really didn't know what I wanted. He took the time to tell me about the different phones and what each could do vs. the others. He had a great sense of humor as well. It got busy and he was the only sales person on, but he made sure everyone was a priority and important!!! Great guy!!

    We have a business account and have used this store for probably a decade. While they are typically helpful, this time was different. Multiple staff members there were condescending and even rude to the Verizon support line. Businesses should take their purchases to a different store.
