    Big Red Flag...I typically only go to corporate verizon stores. This place had no indication that it wasnt...In fact it is not an actually Verizon Store. While our Salesman was nice and that is his job to sell. We went out of this store with a 460.00 of which 360 was Set up Fees and Unnecessary accessories. I had to call Verizon the next day because I was really confused as to what my bill really was. In short, as I said, the Salesman was kind, but stick to an actual Verizon Store-Corporate, if you don't want to feel drug over the Coals!!! Also I was told I was getting a 500 credit and that is not even possible for me to get once I called Verizon!!!! Grrrrrrr

    I recently got a new phone and plan. I had a disappointing experience. It was very unclear how much anything was going to cost or what I was gonna get for it but needed a phone same day so I agreed. Everything felt so rushed. Then came back in and a week later to trade in my old phone and the customer service was very sub par. I wish I chose a better location to get set up.
