I called at 11:30 am today as there was a big mixup on my account resulting in 3 watches showing as purchased on my My Verizon account from this store that needed to be rectified. I explained the situation to Cole and he told me he would call me back after he was done with the customer he was working with. I never got a call back. After 5 hours I called the store several times before Cole finally answered at 5:45 pm. He stated he was still with a customer and would call me back and that he would take care of it today. I called back again at 7pm and no answer. The voicemail has been full all day so you can not leave a message. Cole finally called me back at 7:28 pm and told me that they were closed now so he wouldn’t be able to take care of it tonight. As a side note, contrary to this individual, Simon who works there on Thursdays has great customer service.
- CCClifford CookOct 9, 20252.0Verizon informed my wife and I that we were available for upgrades. My wife would receive $600 off a phone and I would receive a free phone. We were helped by Bex who was very personable. We were told that included with the phone was a bundle which included a phone case, screen protector and charger. My wife also decided to pay the difference between the cost of the phone and her $600 promotional credit. We were not provided with a receipt print out. Much to our surprise, my wife had a $850 charge on her credit card. We called the store and they emailed an itemized cost for each item. The bundles that we thought were free were actually $225 each plus the $230 payoff was not included on the itemized bill. If we were aware of the bundles that cost, we would have just paid for the phones and purchased the accessories for far less at another store. This store does not explain the cost well so be aware. We are now more educated consumers and are unlikely to ever use this store again.
