    By far the best Verizon store in the Rochester area. Kyle was super friendly and helpful and made our experience as easy and quick as possible without charging us any extra monthly. Would 100% recommend working with him

    I was lied to by workers at this location. Brought my Pixel 9 Pro in as it was having constant restart issues that could no be fixed with multiple replacement phones (have insurance). Nobody (Verizon, Google) could pinpoint the issue. The Pittsford location offered a "thinking out of the box" solution of adding a new line through a new promotion that offered a free line along with a new phone (Pixel 10). I was told this would only increase my bill by $5 per month sans a few upfront fees. I would have two lines (I only need one), but I would have a working phone. Upon receiving my new bill, there is an increase of over $60 which is unacceptable. After calling Verizon, they verified that the Pixel 10 and new line were free, but the fees associated with the line would still have to be paid. I was not communicated this at the store and was specifically told my bill would only increase by $5. I am now stuck paying over $60 extra dollars per month for two phones lines when I only need one.

    I was so frustrated with Verizon, I was ready to deactivate and move on. I went into this store today and was helped by Brandon. He got me a decent deal on a new phone and spent hours helping me get mine and my daughter's phones set up. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable. Good customer service is not what it is to be but Brandon definitely rectified all of the crap I've been dealing with all week with Verizon's online/ phone customer service. If you are able to, just go the corporate stores and do everything in person. Thanks again Brandon!

    Always get service immediately when you walk in. Last time I was in they helped me transfer my data from my old phone to my new phone and put my screen protector on for me. They went above and beyond to replace the screen protector for free because it was broken when I opened the box. Would highly recommend this location.

    If you're dealing with a complex issue or need someone who truly understands Verizon’s products and services, look elsewhere. The representative I interacted with lacked basic problem-solving skills and logical reasoning. Mistakes happen—but instead of owning it, they doubled down by being dismissive and demeaning. Completely unacceptable. I’ll be filing an official complaint with Verizon.
