    Would not recommend this store to anyone. The staff will only engage with you if you are needing a new phone otherwise they will not assist or prove any recommendations to helping you with the problem you are having with the service.

    This location is the best one to go to for outstanding customer service. Justice- our sales person went above and beyond to help us with a problem that neither the virtual assistant or the chat people could not help with. He also got us on a great plan for a great price.

    I have been with Verizon since the start of cell phones. The longer I'm a customer, the worse it gets. The prices are inflated and customer service sucks. And employees latgely clueless and routinely gave out bad information. Period. After decades upon decades, I may just be over the hassle of leaving. They certainly do nothing to make one want to stay! I mean, when you sell a charging dock that costs hundreds alongside new phones, watches etc. And your employee sold us an apple system. When purchasing Samsung phones and wearable tech, (having ASKED in advance specifically. We learned thia when we got home. And yet refuae to return or exchange their OWN mistake. Wow. It didnt help the taste in my mouth from discovering the new watch was MISSING from the bag as well. And had to go out of the way,waste precious gasokine and time to retrieve that even. Let one chatge it. Or care

    I forgot her name but the young lady and manager that helped me were great! Im not good with technology but she was able to explain everything in a simple way so I could. With how simple and fast the process was, I was worried it was going to be a fail when I got my bill. Everything checked out to what she said and I'd definitely recommend! -Only feedback is that customers should be more aware that Verizon is a retail store now and not a tech or repair store like it used to be. Reason I say this is because of two different customers yelling at employees about problems. I also didnt realize cant be done anymore. Including checking for viruses or giving "classes" on the phones.

    This is going to sound a bit winded but here it goes. I originally had a personal plan with 4 lines attached to it. I went into the Jefferson Rd store to get a broken phone taken care of. I was paying around $350 per month for the service. I was told that because the phone were used for business that we qualified for a business account. It was explained that the bill would not go up for the same lines and the benefits of a business account exceeded that of a personal one. Sounds great right!!! I now have a bill over $500 per month, my phones are not free, and best of all I am being charged for a phone and line I do not have. I have called many times to the business department, I even asked for a manager ( I don't think Verizon has any) and was told on three different occasions that I will get a call back from one. Needless to say that did not happen. I just get another bill with no adjustments after I was told multiple times that it will be corrected it just takes a little time. We are now into 4 months of time. I was then told to go back to the corporate store (Jefferson Rd), which I did only to be told that I need to call to the same department I am getting no help from. Jefferson Roads business representative is on leave. I am putting this out there as buyer beware...It has been a lie from the beginning and be very careful before entering into a marriage with Verizon especially the business side of things. Verizon told me to fill out a form....I did and I will wait for the phone call that never comes. I will update. We did receive a phone call from Verizon, it didn't even ring one full time before they hung up, called back immediately 3 different time and my phone call was forwarded all three times...the saga continues. So the Saga continues... still no call from Verizon, I didn't think it would ever happen. I will continue to post and let anyone who will listen know about the lies and false representation of Verizon and it's employees. This has been going on since September.
