- AWA WJan 4, 20261.0In 2025 they had a Verizon representative stand at Myrtle wyckoff stop advertising a “great deal” for Verizon internet that they tricked me into saying is available in my zip code. I said I didn’t want wireless WiFi and the representative assured me it wasn’t wireless and that I got two weeks to cancel the plan for free if I ended not liking it. When I got the device turns out he lied to me and it was a wireless device, so I went to return it immediately. However it’s not a free return as he guaranteed, Verizon now keeps wanting to charge me $20 for the return. I don’t recommend Verizon at all, don’t trust them about any “deal” the try to sell you on and their trial period is not free they will still charge you.

Store rep tried to upsell me something else that I did not ask for. Also told me that the offer I knew was available to me did not exist in their computer system. Only when I began to walk away did store rep finally offer what I knew was available to me. I’m glad I did not give this store my business. Please avoid this location.
