I pay a ton of money for their insurance, but that now seems dumb. Apple care is the way to go I guess. Oh- 3 employees and zero customers! Also our wifi doesn’t even work because when he told us it should reach our home, many people at the Cooperate office said it could not and connection was slow. This was an awful experience and I would not recommend this Verizon store to any one in the area

He was instructed to assist me by the corporate office but said he couldn't access my account. I said he should call someone to walk him through it. But, he wouldn't do it. I asked him to print something for my income taxes (by law they have to) and he said he didnt know how to print it. Really, should he be a manager? He couldn't figure his way out of a paper bag. Terrible customer service. I was a customer for 22 years- they don't respect anyone. Bye Verizon.
