They answered my questions and didn’t act like they were doing me a favor by speaking to me. Poughkeepsie store needs to get it together. Horrible customer service!

They greet you and let you know the wait time so you can go do something. This store is very disappointing. And ive been a loyal verizon customer for 8 years.
