The attempt to transfer my cell to a separate account took roughly a dozen hours on the phone ending with agent #4 saying, "Go to a local store." Drive ten minutes to rescue my 9 digits held in never never land for a bit - no problem. 🙆♀️ Store: the heat was set on 90+ (hot as hell) combined with music on full blast in the background. Every person looked uncomfortable. But wait... Guess what they were able to do in the store??? call the exact same customer service number. It'd be nice to send an invoice to Verizon for my cost of time wasted over three days. ⭐⭐ Aly and staff, thank you for your kindness and patience in the experience of a "top" cell provider work day. I wish you guys the best.

My phone bill is over $400 now and because of them I’ll be switching phone companies. I was with VERIZON for over 30 years!
