I explained to him that the plan card I got from Walmart for $60 put me on the old unlimited+ plan that is deprioritized. That means it slows down in times of congestion. It was horrible. Slow almost everywhere I went. It was practically unusable. I told him that I couldn't use it and he explored several options. One was to just pay for the new plan which was $69. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough money so we couldn't do that. Another was to just wait it out and upgrade at the end of the current plan's billing cycle. That was no good either as the plan's deprioritization was so bad I could barely use it. Finally, the last option was that he had a used phone number that currently wasn't being used which is on the brand new Total 5G $50 plan. That plan includes unlimited high priority data. Which means it won't slow down during times of Network Congestion. He gave it to us for $40. This was perfect!! As soon as the SIM card was put into my phone I immediately noticed faster speeds. My phone works great again!! He was a lifesaver and a very big help!! Come here if you need any help with your Total Wireless service!!! <:D EDIT/UPDATE: Unfortunately had to take away 2 stars due to a very shady phone call I recently had with this location...I was looking to set up a new account for my family with 5 lines and was told the price would be about $450 to $500. Um..excuse me..what? Not even POSTPAID Verizon costs that much. And even if it did it's POSTPAID so it makes much more sense. According to Total's website, the price you pay for 5 new lines each with new sims and phone numbers is closer to $150. He later called me back and said he could do it for $225. Nope. Called the Ossining location (Peekskill wouldn't answer and Newburgh only spoke Spanish.) and was given the lines for the much more realistic price of $160. Don't know why this store was so dishonest. The guy said it's due to extra fees you pay in-store. Well, Ossining had a $10 fee which made it $160. Not $450, not $500 and not even $225. $160. And that was it. Be very careful with this location and if you don't mind the drive, pick Ossining instead...
