Ron was so incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgable. Having moved from PW to the mountains of CO, 4 hours from the nearest Verizon store, I needed a major upgrade and explanation of the new software. Ron compared my options, broke down pricing and was kind enough to stay late on a Friday night to ensure I had everything I needed before heading back. Thank you so much, Ron!!!

Ron went so far above and beyond that I will never visit another Verizon store or switch to another carrier after the service he provided. For months, I had been calling Verizon customer service about a billing issue, and no one over the phone could resolve it. Ron took the time to listen, investigate, and fix the problem right there in the store. On top of that, he even helped me with a Fios home internet issue that was outside the usual scope of in-store support. He turned what felt like a dead end into a one-stop solution for both my cell phone and home internet problems. Ron’s professionalism, patience, and genuine care for his customers are rare. He made sure everything was explained clearly, handled my upgrades flawlessly, and ensured everything worked before I left. The entire Port Washington Verizon team was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and the store at 36 Soundview Market Place was spotless and well-organized. If you are in the area and need help with your phone, billing, or even Fios internet, go straight to Verizon Port Washington and ask for Ron. He is simply the best and accomplished what multiple Verizon support lines and stores could not.

- THTommy HelfrichSep 22, 20251.0As a former Verizon retail manager I found the treatment I received in this store in direct violation of Verizon’s customer service policies. Saturday I went to buy 2 new iPhones 17 pro’s. It is Verizon policy that when a customer enters the store the representative is supposed to greet them, it never happened. I stood around for 10 minutes and no one said a word to me. Not even a we’re sorry we’re with other customers we will be right sign you. This is wildly unprofessional and not the Verizon way. So I walked out after about 15 minutes and called 611 and ordered my 2 new phones from corporate.
