- AAarode2981Dec 24, 20254.0My wife and I got new phones ,17 pro’s switching from T-Mobil . We got them for free except for taxes which we had to pay right away. After switching over at the Verizon store we went home and I tried calling my Granddaughter’s cell and it went straight to Verizon so I tried calling my son ‘s cell phone and had the same problem so back to Verizon . The problem was solved after the man at the store called the main place where they switch and they had to do it all over . That was my only problem so far . I’m waiting for my first bill since we are supposed to get three phones switched over for $25.00 each as was advertised . Now I wait and see. If I encounter a problem I’ll be back on here advising everyone .
