Our experience at the store is usually exemplary. however today the service we received was well below Par. He was less than helpful would not give us any information. Didn't explain the new plans available to us and when I asked him to repeat something that he said so I could get clarity. He looked at me and said "I just said that" and when I asked him for something else, he then snapped back and said "I I already told you that ". Not the way I expect to be treated in a customer driven environment when my father is about to buy a brand new phone. Not to mention that he spoke down to my father, as if he were an idiot and he's speaking to a highly agreed gentleman. Even at the sharp age of 91, what my father knows about electronics. John hasn't even thought about. We will continue to use the store, but I will not ever allow this man to help me again. I should mention the only reason this review got two stars instead of zero. Was because when I walked out, I spoke to a gentleman name Styles who was delightful And extremely gracious. I'll be going back to the store today and will be asking for Styles to help us. I believe John should not be working face-to-face with customers perhaps put him in the stockroom.
