  i always have the mindset of waiting forever when it comes to going into verizon but the wait is worth it!! my wait time wasn’t very long considering how busy the store was. i worked with Nichole and she went above and beyond for me!! she got 2 phones and a watch upgrade done for me while also keeping in mind i had a time restriction. she also informed me of the money i could be saving by changing around my data plans to better options and converting my streaming services through verizon perks versus stand alone. she made sure i was on the right plans to get the best pricing! i always appreciate someone’s effort to make sure i have the best deals!! Thank you so much to Nichole for being amazing!!

  Went to the Plattsburgh store with an issue on a trade in. Nichole was my customer service representative. She went above and beyond to provided outstanding service. My issue was totally resolved in a fair amount of time. A+ survive at the Plattsburgh store. Thank you Nichole!

  I just left the Verizon store. I had by far the best customer experience I have ever had at this location today. Dave explained to me that they are now being run independently and it was obvious that customer service is now their top priority. If you (like I) had a bad experience at this location in the past please go in and let them show you how much they have changed!
