When I walked in there was a wait. Only waited about 10 minutes and was “Welcomed In” Was told that they’d get to me ASAP. And they did. Boy do they know how to run that store. They know their products and features of them hands down! Once it was my turn, Yash took care of my purchase. He was so patient with me. I asked way too many questions!! From start to finish he handled the process with such ease. He helped me set up features, put my screensaver and case in place. All of the data was transferred successfully. I had the nerve to come back on Saturday for more help. He couldn’t have been nicer then too. Boy are we lucky to have Yash and Shaher at our local Verizon Store. Thanks guys!!!
