My elderly aunt went into this store for help with her phone and was treated disgracefully. The first female employee she asked told her she “couldn’t help” and walked away. When she turned to a male employee for assistance, he actually told her she had “an attitude problem.” My aunt is one of the kindest, most soft-spoken people you’ll ever meet. She was calm, polite, and just trying to get her phone fixed — yet your staff dismissed, insulted, and humiliated her for no reason. She even apologized for this perceived attitude and left the store in tears. This is unacceptable, especially toward an elderly customer. I expect management or the district office to address this immediately. Verizon, do better — your employees represent your brand, and right now they’re representing it horribly. I'll be letting everyone I know and all social media to stay away from this location. This is not the first time I've had an issue here. Only the first I've felt inclined to leave this review as now this has crossed the line! Shame on you!

Avoid the Patchogue Verizon store at all costs, especially if you value your business. I went to the store to open a business account and it was a total disaster. Six different employees got involved, messed up my order, and I never even received the phone. The “free” router wasn’t free, and I was billed for services I never got. After months of calls to corporate and multiple trips back to the store, they still couldn’t fix it, and now my business has been sent to collections for $166. The level of incompetence is astounding. Avoid this location at all costs.
