They went above and beyond helping us buy new phones, set up for overseas travel which removed lots of anxiety, and explained everything so that we understood every step of the way. Our plan was very old, and the store informed we were paying for an old tablet still which we didn't know was active. Ben and Matt updated us to a modern plan, cancelled the unused device service, sold us three of the newest phones and saved us ~$55/month on our original bill. And we put that savings towards insuring everyone's new devices. I feel that businesses and people like this should be celebrated. We entered with questions on modern phones and service; we left having made informed decisions thanks to Ben and Matt. They were wonderful - we'll definitely keep coming back here thanks to them.
