    I had an issue with my iPhone after getting the Apple Watch, after going to the Apple Store things were no better, and I went to the store and talked to Carlos. He fixed everything within five minutes. Great service great people.

    My family and I went into the store because we all wanted to switch to Verizon. We were not greeted at the door or asked if we needed assistance. The one staff member on was swearing and talking to another person in the store. Finally after a while he asked if we needed something. As soon as I mentioned why we were there he seemed uninterested in helping us switch and pretty much gave us reasons not to. He told me I had to pay both of our phones off out of pocket and then months later they would reimburse me. As soon as we left I called the Webster store. I was given completely different information from them (similar to what I already saw online). We will not be going back to the Ontario store. I was not impressed by the lack of work ethic and professionalism.
