The surly employee said verbatim “don’t ask me for help I don’t know about the online stuff.” I used the online chat to place the order and chose drop off, not understanding the replacement would be shipped to me first. There was no prompt to choose a shipping address so I thought it would be in-person pickup at the chosen drop off. Nope. It was going to automatically ship to the account custodian’s address in another state. I then had to cancel the order and schedule a callback to redo the trade in. I just wanted help in person. Worst experience in my 17+ years as a customer.
