    I wanted help in person to initiate a trade in. I was informed it was only an offer online. Okay, fair enough. The surly employee said verbatim “don’t ask me for help I don’t know about the online stuff.” I used the online chat to place the order and chose drop off, not understanding the replacement would be shipped to me first. There was no prompt to choose a shipping address so I thought it would be in-person pickup at the chosen drop off. Nope. It was going to automatically ship to the account custodian’s address in another state. I then had to cancel the order and schedule a callback to redo the trade in. I just wanted help in person. Worst experience in my 17+ years as a customer.

    Super rude and unhelpful staff. They tried to send me away to another store before even listening to what I came in to buy. Once they realized they could help me they tried to charge me for things that I never get charged for. Went to another store and was immediately helped and they charged me correctly.
