Stephanie C, the store manager, is incredible—professional, approachable, and genuinely proud of her team and store. She listened attentively to my needs and made sure I left with exactly the right solution. Nicole S, on the floor, was equally outstanding. Friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, she made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Her customer service is the kind you rarely find these days.And, more companies wish they could hire an entire staff such as her. This was store so clean, organized, and staffed with people who truly care about their customers and the work they provide. Stephanie and Nicole go above and beyond, and they absolutely deserve recognition. Verizon told me to come to this specific corporate store to get my itemized bill printed after leaving to go to another provider. I was on the phone with Verizon who was telling them they could print my bill, yet they insisted they could not. I know for a fact they can, having been told this by both Verizon customer service (multiple times) and the experience of people online. One man (not the manager, a different employee) in the store was incredibly rude about the whole thing, on top of everything else.
