Doubling the monthly bill, while being told, that exchanging the phone number to another won't affect the bill. And on top of all, downgrading to basic package. Just no words at all!!! Extremely poor quality of service, zero competence. Had to call the tech support. I was promised that, the issue will be resolved. I feel, I've been defrauded!!!
