Despite opening at 10am, no one could manage to pick and pack my online orders until I arrived at 4pm. After calling corporate and finding out that everything was waiting on the store to actually pack my order, and speaking with the reps in store, who seemed to be having a fantastic time laughing and joking around in the back room while I waited for nearly 30 minutes, all I got as to why, in 6 hours no one could pack 3 items, I was told "sometimes we get really busy" and "we have a 10 minute time delay safe." đ§đ§đ§ If I had not just shown up, I wonder if my EXPRESS PICKUP order would ever have been ready.... Terrible experience, terrible staff.

I came in with the most complicated issue of having my phone reported stolen by an ex whose plan I was under, I couldnât call or text anyone and he jumped through every hoop and hurdle trying to get it unlocked and figure out what options I had. He sat with me for about an hour and a half because my situation was so messy but he was nothing but understanding, kind, helpful, patient and, ultimately, got me a resolution by getting me a new phone, new number and peace of mind. Truly, if it wasnât for him, I would feel worse because everything has been a turmoil for me recently and he guided me through every avenue until we came up with something. So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for being a genuine person and helping me.
