    I was told to check in at 4:35PM. I checked in and waited fifteen minutes. Then I was told they can’t help me, seem the store is closing. Very poor customer service. Switching providers at this point is a possible option.

    Hats off and a full solute to Will at the 125th street location. He took care of my senior Mother and I and provided top notch service. I strongly advise anyone needing service, sales or an upgrade to ask for Will... Again great job Will, you really made my Moms day.

    Great service, very attentive. I was pleasantly greeted upon entering. The item I needed was out on the sales floor and Jesus made sure to check the back stock before letting me run out. I got what I came for and it was easeful. Every customer was acknowledged even though the team was busy assisting others. GREAT WORK! I had the total opposite experience at the NYC Soho store on Broadway and someone was available to help. 15 minutes of looking/waiting to help not even a hello and I walked by the agent desk twice. There were 2 people working there not assisting anyone of the 3 that were in the store that day. One looked like they were manager. Definitely not helpful in Soho.
