Great service, very attentive. I was pleasantly greeted upon entering. The item I needed was out on the sales floor and Jesus made sure to check the back stock before letting me run out. I got what I came for and it was easeful. Every customer was acknowledged even though the team was busy assisting others. GREAT WORK!
I had the total opposite experience at the NYC Soho store on Broadway and someone was available to help. 15 minutes of looking/waiting to help not even a hello and I walked by the agent desk twice. There were 2 people working there not assisting anyone of the 3 that were in the store that day. One looked like they were manager. Definitely not helpful in Soho.

ITS THE WORST SERVICE!!! DONT USE IT!!!!
I have tried to get my internet installed and it has taken the company more than 2 weeks! And I had to actively reach them cause they would not reach me out t for any communication. ANY CALL WOULD TAKE AT LEAST 30 min to reach an agent. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!

I had Fios with Verizon after returning their equipment, they denied I sent and and wanted to charge me, I called they said everything was fixed and that they had received the equipment via UPS. After 7 months, the UPS system doesn’t have information on this tracker, Verizon wants to charge me again for the equipment I returned. This is not good, it was a paid label, I called UPS, they don’t have that info and I went to that specific store and they don’t have that information as it was deleted, do t know why.
