This is a blatant case of fraud and a complete breach of trust. The store deliberately added unauthorized services to my account without disclosure or approval. I have reported this incident to Verizon’s regional management and expect immediate corrective action and accountability for this misconduct.

Fast forward and 4 months later, I entered the Verizon store, saw her and asked for her to assist me. She did not disappoint. Hibba provided excellent customer service. She assisted me in changing plans and saving money. She was very knowledgeable , explained and showed me how my plans would change. She was very patient and allowed me to confirm information before making any changes. Please continue the good job!
