    Fantastic customer service and great promotional deals. We switched our entire families of six lines from AT&T to Verizon. Special call out to Nicholas Kemelmacher as he moved our lines and activated our service seamlessly. Nick took care of everything. Also, thank you to Angel the store manager who was also very helpful.

    ZERO STARS: Worst Customer Service and Unprofessional Management This review is a warning about the unacceptable service at this Verizon location. I am absolutely fed up with the consistently unprofessional and condescending treatment here. This is not the first time this store has failed its customers, and it needs to stop. The Issue (Purchase just 1 week ago): Last week, I bought an iPhone 17 Pro. Today, I returned because a physical button on the phone is already broken. A week-old defective product should be a simple exchange. The Response: Instead of a simple exchange, the management team, including Assistant Manager Jesus Ulla, flat-out refused to help. They tried to mislead me by saying my only options were to go to an Apple store or pay a $50 restocking fee just to return a broken device they sold me! This is policy abuse and totally unacceptable for a defective item. The Conduct: The demeanor of the management team was beyond rude—it was openly condescending and hostile. The manager’s attitude was so dismissive that when I called him out on his rudeness, he simply said we would "agree to disagree." This is not how you treat a paying customer dealing with a defective product. Assistant Manager Jesus Ulla and the rest of the management team need serious customer service training. Their behavior is consistently terrible, and their refusal to properly handle a defective product is a failure of basic retail ethics. Avoid this location if you value professional service.

    I’ve been a Verizon customer for the past 10 plus years and the customer service at this Verizon store was unusually and unnecessarily rude and unhelpful. Last Saturday around 11am, I realized my Iphone had fallen out of my coat pocket and I happened to see this Verizon store. I signed in at the front console but realized I wasn’t going to see someone any time soon. Every minute matters when you lose a phone. I tried a few of the display iPhones to see if I could use ‘find my iPhone.’ They didn’t seem connected to anything and when I saw a Verizon employee walking past me and not presently occupied with anything, I tried to ask him if any of the phones could work for ‘find my iPhone.’ A bald man with a reddish beard wouldn’t let me finish the sentence and barked at me about ‘waiting my turn’ and that the guy had just arrived. I managed to say “I lost my phone and I just need “find my iphone” but he didn’t respond. I immediately left the store and sprinted to the Apple Store ten blocks away where they were actually helpful. Maybe this wasted fifteen minutes might have been the difference in figuring out where I dropped my iPhone and finding it before whatever bad Samaritan found it and kept it. Maybe train employees to do the most basic multitasking? Going to see what deals T-mobile has….
