I found my account's last name spelled wrong, then found a store near Chinatown. The lady at the front desk learned about the problem but did not know how to solve it. A male staff member came out of the office. He began using my last name as a joke, but I did not find it funny. Two people are staying around him. This store didn't care about its business.
