    I would rate the Staff at this Verizon Store with 10 Stars if I could ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'm 72 Years Old and I came to their store when no one else would help me and the Staff showed me Immense Compassion and Respect. Their Parents must be Very Proud of them!!!!! Since the details of my Situation are Very Personal I would have No Problem with sharing with people the Personal Details of my Visit through Private Messaging

    After being a loyal Verizon customer for over 11 years, I am appalled by how poorly I was treated upon switching to another provider. Verizon effectively robbed me of my accumulated Verizon Dollars, offering no resolution or accountability. This experience revealed the true nature of Verizon’s “customer service” — nonexistent when you actually need assistance. Their focus is entirely on making a sale, not on supporting the customers who’ve kept them in business for years. A company that disregards loyalty and integrity this blatantly doesn’t deserve anyone’s business.

    If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I’ve never been so appalled or disgusted by the treatment I received this evening when I went to pick up an online order. The employee immediately met me with a chip on his shoulder, and I made a comment about how they are impossible to reach, because I had spent 35+ minutes on the phone with Customer Support earlier in the day just trying to find out if my order was ready. Two different reps on the phone gave me a local # to call, which apparently doesn’t ring through to the store, according to the rude clerk at the store. He then asked for my ID, which has my FULL name, my Verizon account only shows my middle and last name (also on my ID), he gave me attitude about that and I said “it’s literally my name” to which he responded “I don’t need your attitude”, in front of a manger!!! Who also thought this behavior was normal and had zero problem with it. I’ve worked in the service industry for over 30 years and I have NEVER spoken to a customer this way. It sickens me that this is how people treat others in today’s world. I will also be reporting this to Corporate as it is beyond unacceptable. My only regret is that I didn’t get both their names, but I had to get out of there before I lowered myself to their level. DO BETTER WITH YOUR EMPLOYEE CHOICES VERIZON.
