    If you like getting bombarded with FUD and FOMO, this is the place for you. Salespeople will purposely obfuscate certain details in order to get you to sign off on whatever changes you're making to your plan.

    Nobody here knew Hartford. Wanted to do their job with the Verizon forward and they told me. I had to do it all online. I had done my part online. It was time for them to do their part on their part online. But nobody wanted to do it so they sent me away. Telling me to just go online and sign up for yourself. Which I already had and then I had to go to the Verizon in Rome, New York. And they still couldn't get me through to the Verizon forward program.So my bill is $60.I'm switching back over to spectrum which was thirty five dollars a month. Why do they offer the verizon forward program if nobody can get you there

    I have had a very frustrating experience with Verizon. I went in today very upset due to a 4 day issue with my service. My mood changed quickly as the service my son and I received was outstanding! Garth Joseph went above and beyond to get things corrected. He deserves recognition! If I could give him 10 stars I would!

    I went in today, to get a Home internet box and the moment an error hit with the credit check, the staff (an older Gentlemen) let me know he wouldn’t be be able to assist me further and didn’t even try to call customer service and shown lack of care. Very disappointing as a new Verizon customer (got the matter resolved at a different Verizon location)

    I went to the store on this past Saturday as I had received a new phone that would not activate e sim card. Sarah called Verizon support and finally they were able to activate my phone. I then asked them to mirror my old device, after it was done I noticed many apps were not transferred over, I mentioned it to Sarah and she said well you watched me do it. That's why they give you 30 days to return your old device. I thought maybe the apps didn't all load so I left. Come to find out 104 apps did not load. Went back to the store and Sarah again helped me. She again said well you watched me mirror your phone. I said 104 apps did not load. I asked to speak with a manager and she said she was the manager. She then indicated that the apps were paused from restarting. She got up from the table and left me there. Did not come back to ensure that this was completed or if I had any other questions. I walked out. Needles to say while I was waiting for hours during this process she and another employee were talking about their personal lives, making fun of customers when they came in. Totally unprofessional and poor customer service from a manger no less. Paid 29.99 for the work not to be completed correctly and wasting my time on a weekend. Unacceptable...
